I was packing for a vacation and brought a sample pack with me. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell on some hardwood stairs. I landed on the side of my hip/thigh. At the same time strained my right shoulder pretty badly. The following day I had Avery large and painful bruise on my hip. I know that arnica is effective for swelling and bruising so I applied it to the hip area. In 4 days the bruise was gone. It didn’t even turn yellow?! I’ve never seen a bruise heal like that. It was very large and extremely tender. I still can’t believe it. The bruise and the pain was gone with Noe fresh. The shoulder was very painful for many months, but with stretches and Noe it also resolved. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I recommend this to my patients regularly. I recommend it to everyone I know. Bad back, new hip, 1 new knee soon to have the next one replaced and struggle with migraines. All of the products are great, but I especially liked the sport stick. I pulled a muscle or something in my neck and this with the inclusion of trigger point injections is the only thing that keeps the pain down. The addition of this product makes life a bit more tolerable. I highly recommend it!
